Greater Eastside Junior Football (GEJFA) rules restrict Video Taping as described below:

”I. Scouting; Coaches or their representatives may scout other teams in games only. Video will not be used to scout. Scouting of practices (not including jamborees) is prohibited.

J. Video Taping:

(1) Video taping of your team is allowed from your side of the field in the stands, or your side lines within your team box. There will be no filming of games or practices not involving your team. There will be no filming on the field of play during the game, including from the end zones and beyond the end zone if deemed to be an interference to the conduct of the game. If you wish to film from the opponent’s side, get permission from that team and please be respectful of the fans for that team.

(2) There shall be NO viewing of any video of an opponent other then games where your team participated.

(3) Video Passes: Any person(s) who wish to legally video tape games may do so with a properly displayed video pass, which may be obtained from their System Director. All video passes must be visibly displayed at all times while filming. All Systems will have their color pass on record prior to the start of the season.”

I have reviewed, understand and agree to follow the GEJFA rules regarding video taping and herby request a Video Pass to video tape the above named players games.
